Effective from September 1, 2016, the Movilizer Knowledge Center will be restricted to registered users only.


Request Confluence Accounts

To get full access to the Movilizer Knowledge Center, you require a user account for our Confluence-based knowledge base:

  1. Prepare an e-mail account that can be associated with your Confluence account.Use the prepared e-mail account to send an e-mail to support@movilizer.com that includes the following subject line:
    [Company name]: Confluence account request for [desired user name]
  2. If you already have a JIRA account, you can directly create a support ticket in our JIRA tracking system to request your Confluence account.
  3. In the e-mail text, provide a valid e-mail address.This e-mail address is required for initial authentication.
  4. Sign the e-mail by including your first and last name.For security reasons, the Movilizer Support Center will only process requests that can be unambiguously associated with a real organization or person.

When your user account is created, you receive a confirmation e-mail that includes your user name and password. With this user credentials, you can log in to the Confluence knowledge base and browse the Movilizer Knowledge Center.
